]]> The HSDSP AF-(V) is supporting the MoHCC to strengthen its grievance redress mechanism (GRM), a system by which queries or clarifications about the service delivery are responded to, problems with implementation resolved, as well as complaints and grievances addressed efficiently and effectively. To ascertain the gaps that are currently there and to find ways to strengthen the system, a field assessment  was conducted targeting facilities at all levels from primary, district, provincial and central levels in both the northern and southern regions of the country. Findings revealed the presence of a system that was not being optimally utilised as it had gaps and was not standardised. A workshop to develop standard operating procedures as well as reporting tools was done with representatives from all levels of the MoHCC structure. After the approval of the tools developed, a pilot of the system will be done in the first quarter of 2022.!
